Project Summary

Trinity Self Storage is an attractive three-story facility which was designed and constructed by dcb Construction, Inc. During the planning phase, dcb was intricately involved with the City’s public hearing process which involved annexation, rezone and conditional use approval processes. After numerous reports, reviews and hearings the planning department and City Council approved the project and was in agreement that the development provided the community a much-needed amenity while the exterior of the building fit in with the anticipated office/retail mixed use emphasis of the surrounding neighborhood. The various building elements along with the color palette creates a useable and welcoming environment.
