Project Summary

Commencing the initial construction phase, this project involves the development of a 25,000 square foot medical office building on a 2.5-acre site. The preliminary site work encompasses the establishment of a 139-space parking lot, utility connections, and landscaping. Categorized as Type 2B construction, the building primarily caters to business occupancy needs with additional designated spaces for storage and assembly.

The construction components feature an engineered design, incorporating a shallow concrete foundation, a steel structure, light gauge metal framing, masonry veneer, stucco, wood-look panel rain screen cladding, an ACM entrance canopy, loading canopy, storefront windows, entrances, and a TPO roofing system. The interiors adhere to turnkey standards and are customized to meet specific tenant requirements, encompassing fit, finish, and MEP systems. Dcb scope includes preconstruction services including design, entitlements, permit documents and construction.
