- Expertise in processing various planning application types, including: PUD’s, Re-zoning, Conditional Use, Special Use and Similar Permits
- Construction Documents & Permitting
- City Planning and Building Dept. Schedule Tracking & Management
- Coordinate Submittals with Wet & Dry Utility Providers
- Projects Developed Using BIM (Building Information Managment) Software
