dcb Construction Company, Inc. proudly joins forces with SDA, Inc. to embark on a collaborative mission towards the realization of a Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for the esteemed U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs in Aurora, Colorado. This visionary project stands as a tribute to the legacy of Lieutenant Colonel John W. Mosley, reflecting our deep respect for his service and sacrifice. As we march toward completion in the fall/winter of 2024, our unified mission resonates with a shared commitment to honor and serve those who have bravely served our nation.

The ongoing construction of the clinic involves a 30,000 square foot medical office building on a 4.6-acre site. Site work covers the establishment of a 146-space parking lot, utility connections, landscaping, and a strategically designed trash enclosure. Construction components feature a design that include a shallow concrete foundation, a steel structure, light gauge metal framing, masonry veneer, stucco, wood-look panel rain screen cladding, an ACM entrance canopy, storefront windows, entrances, and a TPO roofing system.
