Project Summary

The design team at dcb Construction Company, Inc provided the planning, entitlement and design for this 97,000 square foot, three story facility which included a walkout basement. This development posed several challenges in that it was designed to be built property line to property line with an offsite laydown area and on the corner of a state highway which is one of the main arteries out of downtown Denver. In addition, three sides of the site required shoring walls, including along the highway side and within inches of a historic home. With all these challenges, the construction department delivered this project in 2015 on time and within budget for the William Warren Group.
