Fluid Modern Workspaces consist of twelve modern flexible office condo spaces with open loft mezzanines and one completed restroom per condo. This f building is a 31,000 SF site cast tilt-up concrete with expansive storefront and full glass overhead doors. The project was awarded an Achievement Award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association which represents some of the best tilt-up projects the industry has to offer.
