Daniel Olwell brings over 35 years of diverse construction experience, managing projects ranging from small builds to multi-million dollar developments, including ground-up and tenant finish work. He is known for coordinating trades effectively and building strong relationships with architects, engineers, officials, vendors, and clients. His project experience spans retail, storage, hospitality, education, and industrial sectors, among others. Daniel also served as an adjunct instructor at a local community college, teaching Construction Means & Methods, Building Science, and Renewable Energy 101.
