Project Summary
Welby Business Park consist of four, 30,000 square foot, concrete tilt-up office /warehouse buildings. The buildings were designed to accommodate individual tenants with unit sizes averaging around 7000 square feet. The architectural elements of the buildings are a welcome aesthetic enhancement to this predominately industrial area. The master planning, entitlements, design and construction were all completed by dcb Construction Company, Inc.
