Project Summary

Monroe Partners East recently completed in Commerce City will accommodate a new disposal and recycle facility and a support maintenance building. Both buildings are custom pre-engineered structures that consist of double-lock standing seam roof system and roof / wall day lights. The 18,900 square foot transfer building includes push walls and a heavy duty slab with a 145 foot clear span with a large hangar door.
