Longs Peak Center

Project Summary

Longs Peak is an Office / Industrial / Retail Park developed for-lease commercial space. Site cast tilt-up concrete panels were used for the exterior wall system and there are individual spaces subdivided for this flex space. The pre-design, design and construction were completed by dcb Construction Company Inc. on the initial building in the development. The client’s goal was to create a unique design that had notable presence along a highly visible main thoroughfare which would allow for ideal tenant sign opportunities.
