DIA Preflight

Project Summary

dcb Construction is currently building the DIA Preflight Airport Parking facility south of DIA on 27 acres. The private Self-Park Parking facility is comprised of a 490,000 SF pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) accommodating 1,500 vehicles. A separate building will house a lobby and office functions. A small building for vehicle wash and light shuttle maintenance will be located under the PEMB structure. The facility will also include outdoor parking for 1,000 discounted spaces. The facility will operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
