Built on 4.7 acres, this 77,000 square foot site-cast concrete tilt combined with Pre-Engineered Metal Building was designed as a Branch Office and Warehouse Distribution facility for the George T. Sanders Company to support the metropolitan growth trend. With eight dock high doors and one oversized drive-in door, this facility is capable of unloading and loading three shifts a day to support the region’s growing plumbing and heating distribution needs including several customer counters and 2.4 acres of fenced, outdoor storage.
