Project Summary

Front Range Excavating was in need of a new facility to support their equipment storage, maintenance, and administrative functions. This simple design is very low maintenance as the prefinished wall panels are warrantied against fade for twenty-five years and the standing seam roof expected life is fifty years. The square footage is split equally between the shop and office space. The cost impact for this street scape upgrade, along with a first-class interior tenant finish was afforded due to the metal building systems low overall square foot cost.
