In response to the growing challenge of homelessness in the City and County of Denver, there has been a concerted effort to extend support to those in need. Collaborating with dcb Construction Company, the city has undertaken a crucial initiative to transform a former warehouse into an Emergency Homeless Shelter. This facility has been strategically modified and updated to provide refuge and essential services for up to 600 new temporary residents. The expedited construction timeline was implemented to urgently address the pressing needs of the community and safeguard the health of vulnerable populations.
