Carlson Kipling

Project Summary

Kipling Self Storage was entitled, designed and constructed by dcb Construction Company Inc and was completed in 2018. This facility was developed to be locally owned and operated complete with a residence that fits well into the hogback at C470 and Kipling in Littleton, Colorado. This facility is hybrid design that includes a 3-story climate-controlled structure with interior units along with two single story buildings with drive up units for the storage of RV’s boats and classic cars. The architectural style offers a combination of rich masonry accents and saturated metal panel colors that provide exceptional visibility to potential customers from the C470 highway.
