Project Summary

Balfour Senior Living with numerous locations along the front range and opening in a variety of other states was in need of a corporate headquarters. The location selected was in a new site-cast tilt-up building recently constructed by dcb Construction Company.  The simple and elegant interior tenant space was also designed and construction documents completed by the dcb design department.
