3D Business Systems – Expansion

Project Summary

3D Business Systems has been running their operations in the adjacent building and the company needed additional space. The Mountain West Business Center Complex was completed by dcb Construction Company along with the previous tenant finish. The first phase of this new 20,000 square foot facility within a 50,000 square foot core and shell building, completed in August of 2023. The new office consists of open office cubicles, conference rooms and training area.  Featuring polished concrete and tile carpet flooring, along with unique ceiling features in the hallway and break area of panel and acoustical ceiling clouds. The addition of Stickwood paneling accenting the office areas and the hallways leading to the elevator and lower-level training area.
